These terms and conditions notice applies to my-french-house.com ltd and its ALLO FRENCH directory. Our aim is to list artisans, craftsmen, services, charities and products for expats living in France. We work with trusted partners and do not pass or sell clients or advertisers details onto 3rd parties. While every effort is being made to list the best professionals, they are independent and run their businesses as they wish.

We aim to check the credentials of advertisers however you should always check their Siret number, for example with societe.com or manageo.com. Try to visit their company’s website or if they have social media accounts; for example on Facebook, Pinterest or YouTube.

ALLO FRENCH is a service provided by My-French-House.com limited, proud members of the AIPP network (the association of international property professionals). The company has won multiple international awards for France including for this year.

Some adverts and listings for small businesses, artisans, charities and associations are free. You must have a valid SIRET number and appropriate professional insurance cover. Once you have submitted the form and chosen advertising option, we will contact you by email.

Every business listing and links will require approval before it is published online. Paying listings will not be published until payment has been received in full. Our sales invoices will be sent by email for immediate payment. There’s no VAT to be paid if your business is in France, effectively saving you 20%. UK based companies will be subject to the standard UK rate of 20%.
