Planning and management of renovation and decoration work

• Selection of architects, artisans and professional partners.
• Coordination of all the stakeholders.
• Monitoring of the work progress, planning updates.

Monitoring your property while you’re away

• Follow-up and anticipation of maintenance and repairs
• Coordination of various recurring and occasional maintenance (cleaning company, plumber, heating engineer, etc.), through a large network of quality artisans.
• Regular inspections to check the correct functioning of home appliances and high-tech equipment (internet, television, phone, etc).
• Intervention in case of a water leak, broken glass, and any other unforeseen event.

Administrative assistance

• Management of admin obligations (property tax, maintenance of common areas …)
• Representation you at co-owner meetings and with the concierge or neighbours.
• Management of service providers, control and negotiation of prices and invoices.
