What is SignalConso?
SignalConso is an online reporting platform provided by the public service of the Directorate General of Consumer Affairs, Competition, and Fraud Prevention. It is a useful tool that enables consumers to exercise their rights and hold businesses accountable for any violations of consumer protection laws. Best of all, this service is completely free to use.
With a few clicks, a customer can escalate a problem encountered during a purchase or a contract. For example, if you have been affected by delay of delivery, difficulty in getting refunded, false promotions, refusal of guarantee, overcharged transport costs, false advertising, defective products, poor service quality, etc.

SignalConso’s new mobile app allows users to report any disputes. The app has been available on the App Store and Play Store since May 2023. It offers the same features as the website, with a mobile-friendly design and user paths. Furthermore, the app meets accessibility standards for visually impaired individuals.
